How to: Create/add a new ClipArt category, and add pictures to it.
Solution:
Add a ClipArt category to the list, and add pictures from the ClipArt gallery to the new category.
1) Open the desired Microsoft Office application.
2) Add a new ClipArt category to the category list:
a) Open the Microsoft ClipArt Gallery by doing one of the following:
1] If in PowerPoint, select 'ClipArt...' from the 'Insert' menu. (The Microsoft ClipArt Gallery dialog box appears.)
2] If in Word or Excel:
a] Select 'Object...' from the 'Insert' menu. (The Object dialog box appears.)
b] Click the 'Create New' tab.
c] Select 'Microsoft ClipArt Gallery' from the 'Object Type' list box. (The Microsoft ClipArt Gallery dialog box appears.)
b) Click 'Organize...'. (The Organize ClipArt dialog box appears.)
c) Click 'Edit Category List...'. (The Edit Category List dialog box appears.)
d) Click 'New Category...'. (The New Category dialog box appears.)
e) Type the desired name for the new category in the 'New category name' box.
f) Click 'OK'. (The category is added to the category list, and the Edit Category List dialog box reappears.)
g) Click 'Close'. (The Organize ClipArt dialog box reappears.)
h) Click 'Close'. (The Microsoft ClipArt Gallery 2.0 original dialog box reappears.)
3) Add pictures from the ClipArt gallery to the new category just added to the category list:
a) Select the desired picture to include in the new added category from the 'Pictures' list in the Microsoft ClipArt Gallery 2.0 original dialog box. (A highlighted box appears around the selected picture.)

b) Click 'Organize...'. (The Organize ClipArt dialog box appears.)
c) Click 'Picture Properties...'. (The Picture Properties dialog box appears for the selected picture.)
d) Select the check box for the new added category in the 'Categories' list box.

NOTE: A single picture can belong to more than one category. Each category to which the picture belongs is selected in the 'Categories' list box.
e) Click 'OK'. (The picture is added to the category, and the Organize ClipArt dialog box reappears.)
f) Click 'Close'. (The Microsoft ClipArt Gallery 2.0 original dialog box reappears.)
g) Repeat steps 3)a) through 3)f) for each picture to add to the new category.
NOTE: A new category can also be created while in the 'Picture Properties' dialog box by clicking 'New Category' and typing the name in the 'New category name' box. (The selected picture is automatically added to any categories created in the 'Picture Properties' dialog box.)
